Cupcake Wars!

Since I've been here at my parents' house, I've fallen back into the HGTV routine and my dad loves watching the Food Network, which I enjoy most of the shows on there.  Anyway, we started watching Cupcake Wars which is fairly entertaining and while watching, my mom and I thought red velvet cupcakes sounded delicious, as we had never had them before.  This inspired my dad and me to make some :)
